I have accumulated 7 years of experience in the training industry throughout my career.

Update the store operation manual continuously.
Compose guidelines/ manuals for new operating procedures.
Compose/ Update the question bank for testing store operation knowledge.
Preparing relevant documents for training courses in advance

Implement training courses
(1) as annual and monthly plans of the department,
(2) as requests from the direct manager,
(3) for all level new staff of store (inside and outside the city). SA/ASM/SM/SSM
Be in charge of off-the-job and on-the-job training for all level staff of Supersports Store and MONO Store

(consists of: FILA, Crocs, UnderArmour, Skechers, NewBalance) in Vietnam

Make visits to check and follow up on post-training activities at the centers/ stores.
Make evaluations on training activities at the centers/ stores. Ensure all level staff fully trained required courses to each level.
Develop the content of training courses as plans and requests from the direct manager and the department head.
Create job aids. Edit, update and make changes to the content of training courses as requests from the department.
Collect and summarize weekly training reports and training schedules.
Keep track of monthly reports of training result evaluation.
Collect and manage training documents and data as standards of the department.
Analyze collected data to find out solutions for training to improve customer service.

1. Training:

Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.

Work with consultant/headhunt services firm to post job or search right people.
Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.

Promote company brand through social network channels:

Linkedin, Fanpage, Facebook…….

Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding.
Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops.
